SafeCore Academy Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any course offered by SafeCore Safety Academy, you agree to provide accurate personal and professional information. Admission is subject to eligibility criteria as specified for each course. The Academy reserves the right to verify submitted documents and reject applications that do not meet the required standards. Students must complete the enrollment process and pay applicable fees before accessing course materials.
All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless an installment plan has been approved. Payments can be made via online payment gateway or bank transfer. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. After 7 days or once 25% of the course has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. Processing fees of 5% will be deducted from all approved refunds. In case of course cancellation by the Academy, a full refund will be provided.
Upon successful enrollment, students will receive access to course materials for the specified duration. Access expires at the end of the course period unless an extension is granted. Students are expected to complete all modules, assignments, and examinations within the stipulated timeframe. The Academy is not responsible for incomplete coursework due to student inactivity.
Students must achieve a minimum passing score as defined for each course to receive a certificate. Certificates are digitally generated and can be verified using the QR code provided. Re-examination is allowed up to two times with a gap of at least 48 hours. Any form of cheating or malpractice during examinations will result in immediate disqualification and no refund will be provided.
Students must maintain professional behavior during live classes, discussions, and all interactions on the platform. Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform without refund. Students must respect intellectual property rights and not share or distribute course materials without written permission.
SafeCore Safety Academy collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Student information is used solely for educational and administrative purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Students can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the administration.
All course content, materials, videos, presentations, and documents are the intellectual property of SafeCore Safety Academy unless otherwise stated. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any course material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
SafeCore Safety Academy provides training and educational content for informational and professional development purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy, the Academy does not guarantee specific employment outcomes or professional certifications beyond those explicitly offered. The Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or course materials.
